At Kari Rider Events, we offer a collaborative approach to event planning and design. Using our strengths in management, organization and styling, our team transforms each client’s vision into a carefully designed custom event. Since 2009, we have built a network of respected vendors with whom we work closely to ensure seamless planning and cohesive design. That includes regular meetings and creative discussions in our downtown Easton, Maryland studio and showroom—a place where inspiration and hands-on collaboration unite to streamline and enhance the planning process for clients and vendors alike.

Since founding the company in 2009, Kari has built a name for herself as a polished, poised and precise planner with an eye for detail and a penchant for design. As owner and lead planner, she oversees all events contracted by the company, in addition to personally managing major events. Prior to venturing out on her own, Kari worked for six years as the event planner at a private club. Her more than a decade of experience in the industry has led to strong relationships with the region’s leading vendors, who regularly praise her cool-headed demeanor and impeccable taste.
Carolyn Lasako
Studio Manager | Event Planner
Carolyn joined Kari Rider Events as an event planner and studio manager in 2015 after years of working as a magazine editor. She brought with her a diverse skill set, highlighted by strong communication and organizational skills, a knack for styling and exceptional attention to detail. That savvy has translated perfectly into the world of event planning.
